Edamame Chickpeas Trail Mix

Ingredients
- 100 grams Edamame Frozen
- 200 grams Chickpeas or 1 Can
- 50 grams Almonds
- 50 grams Cashew
- 25 grams Dried Cranberries
- 25 grams Pumpkin Seeds
Instructions
- Soak the chickpeas overnight
- Boil / steam chickpeas for 30 minutes
- Steam Edamame for 15 minutes
- Roast Chickpeas and Edamame in Airfryer for 30-35 minutes
- Add renaming ingredients and roast for another 5-10 minutes
