  • Air Fryer
  • Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams Edamame Frozen
  • 200 grams Chickpeas or 1 Can
  • 50 grams Almonds
  • 50 grams Cashew
  • 25 grams Dried Cranberries
  • 25 grams Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Soak the chickpeas overnight
  • Boil / steam chickpeas for 30 minutes
  • Steam Edamame for 15 minutes
  • Roast Chickpeas and Edamame in Airfryer for 30-35 minutes
  • Add renaming ingredients and roast for another 5-10 minutes
